'Commanded' in the Bible

I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.

He stretched out His hand over the sea;He made kingdoms tremble.The Lord has commandedthat the Canaanite fortresses be destroyed.
