'Concerning' in the Bible

And I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be exercised therewith.

"Senseless," said I concerning laughter and pleasure, "How practical is this?"

So I began to give myself over to despair concerning all my work that I had labored at under the sun.
