'Declare' in the Bible

Or speak to the earth [with its many forms of life], and it will teach you;And let the fish of the sea declare [this truth] to you.

Then Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite said,“I am young, and you are aged;For that reason I was anxious and dared not tell you what I think.

“I too will give my share of answers;I too will express my opinion and share my knowledge.

“Now gird up your loins like a man,And I will ask you, and you instruct Me!

“Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?Tell Me, if you know and have understanding.

‘Hear, please, and I will speak;I will ask You, and You instruct [and answer] me.’
