'Declare' in the Bible
“I will declare the decree of the Lord:He said to Me, ‘You are My Son;This day [I proclaim] I have begotten You.
Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion;Declare among the peoples His [great and wondrous] deeds.
The heavens are telling of the glory of God;And the expanse [of heaven] is declaring the work of His hands.
I will tell of Your name to my countrymen;In the midst of the congregation I will praise You.
They will come and declare His righteousnessTo a people yet to be born—that He has done it [and that it is finished].
“What profit is there in my blood (death), if I go down to the pit (grave)?Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness [to man]?
Many, O Lord my God, are the wonderful works which You have done,And Your thoughts toward us;There is none to compare with You.If I would declare and speak of your wonders,They would be too many to count.
And the heavens declare His righteousness,For God Himself is judge. Selah.
Then all men will fear [God’s judgment];They will declare the work of God,And they will consider and wisely acknowledge what He has done.
Come and hear, all who fear God [and worship Him with awe-inspired reverence and obedience],And I will tell what He has done for me.
We give thanks and praise to You, O God, we give thanks,For Your [wonderful works declare that Your] name is near;People declare Your wonders.
But as for me, I will declare it and rejoice forever;I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
Declare His glory among the nations,His marvelous works and wonderful deeds among all the peoples.
The heavens declare His righteousness,And all the peoples see His glory and brilliance.
So that people may declare the name of the Lord in ZionAnd His praise in Jerusalem,
I will not die, but live,And declare the works and recount the illustrious acts of the Lord.
One generation shall praise Your works to another,And shall declare Your mighty and remarkable acts.
People will speak of the power of Your awesome acts,And [with gratitude and submissive wonder] I will tell of Your greatness.
