'Declare' in the Bible

You shall act in accordance with the terms of the verdict which they declare to you from that place which the Lord chooses. You shall be careful to act in accordance with all of their instructions.

The Levites shall answer with a loud voice to all the men of Israel:

I declare to you today that you will certainly perish. You will not live long in the land which you cross the Jordan to enter and possess.
