'Distributes' in the Bible

“How often [then] is it that the lamp of the wicked is put out,And that their disaster falls on them?Does God distribute pain and destruction and sorrow [to them] in His anger?

He distributes freely to the poor;his righteousness endures forever.His horn will be exalted in honor.

But when someone stronger than he attacks him and overpowers him, he takes away from him all his armor on which he had relied and distributes his plunder.
