'Excites' in the Bible

[The] upright are appalled at this, and [the] innocent excites himself over [the] godless.

For the Lord Most High is to be feared [and worshiped with awe-inspired reverence and obedience];He is a great King over all the earth.

But they were insistent and said, “He stirs up the people [to rebel], teaching throughout Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as here [in Jerusalem].”
