'Fast' in the Bible
Instead, you are to hold fast to the LORD your God, as you have done today,

I fast twice a week, and I give a tenth of my entire income.'
Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, who keep the commandments of God and hold fast to their faithfulness in Jesus:
