'Financial' in the Bible

The one who lacks wisdom strikes hands in pledge, and puts up financial security for his neighbor.

So the disciples, each in accordance with his financial ability, decided to send relief to the brothers living in Judea.

They did so, sending their financial aid to the elders by Barnabas and Saul.

Do we not have the right to financial support?
