'Full grown' in the Bible

Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.

Thou seest that, his faith, had been working together with his works, and by his works did his faith become full-grown, -

For in many things we all offend. If anyone does not offend in word, the same is a full-grown man, able also to bridle the whole body.
