'Grasp' in the Bible

But the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand and grasp it by its tail”—so he stretched out his hand and caught it, and it became a staff in his hand—

Now it came about as soon as the kingdom was firmly in his grasp, that he killed his servants who had slain his father the king.

Rescue me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,Out of the grasp of the wrongdoer and ruthless man,

The lizard you may grasp with the hands,Yet it is in kings’ palaces.

She stretches out her hands to the distaff,And her hands grasp the spindle.
