'Heaviness' in the Bible

Reproach and insults have broken my heart and I am so sick.I looked for sympathy, but there was none,And for comforters, but I found none.

My soul dissolves because of grief;Renew and strengthen me according to [the promises of] Your word.

Even in laughter the heart may be in pain,And the end of joy may be grief.
