'Hid' in the Bible

He has made My mouth like a sharp sword,In the shadow of His hand He has kept Me hidden;And He has made Me a sharpened arrow,In His quiver He has hidden Me.

I turned My back to those who strike Me,And My cheeks to those who pluck out the beard;I did not hide My face from insults and spitting.

“In an outburst of wrathI hid My face from you for a moment,But with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you,”Says the Lord your Redeemer.

“Because of the wickedness of his unjust gain I was angry and struck him;I hid My face and was angry,And he went on turning away and backsliding, in the way of his [own willful] heart.
