'Highly' in the Bible

Though the LORD is highly exalted, yet he pays attention to those who are lowly regarded, but he is aware of the arrogant from afar.

I will speak highly of you, my God and King, and I will bless your name forever and ever.

The LORD is great, and to be praised highly, though his greatness is indescribable.
