'Home' in the Bible

The curse of the Lord is on the house of the wicked,But He blesses the home of the just and righteous.

“For my husband is not at home.He has gone on a long journey;

He has taken a bag of money with him,And he will come home on the appointed day.”

Through [skillful and godly] wisdom a house [a life, a home, a family] is built,And by understanding it is established [on a sound and good foundation],

Prepare your work outsideAnd get it ready for yourself in the field;Afterward build your house and establish a home.

Like cold water to a thirsty soul,So is good news from a distant land.

Like a bird that wanders from her nest [with its comfort and safety],So is a man who wanders from his home.
