'Indignation' in the Bible
God is a righteous judge,And a God who has indignation every day.
There is no health in my bodybecause of Your indignation;there is no strength in my bonesbecause of my sin.
Cast them out because of their wickedness.In anger bring down the peoples, O God!
Pour out thine indignation upon them, and let thy wrathful anger take hold of them.
But He, the source of compassion and lovingkindness, forgave their wickedness and did not destroy them;Many times He restrained His angerAnd did not stir up all His wrath.
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
You have withdrawn all Your wrath,You have turned away from Your burning anger.
Bring us back, O God of our salvation, and cause thine indignation toward us to cease.
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
The Lord is at Your right hand,He will crush kings in the day of His wrath.
I burn with indignation because of the wicked who forsake your instruction.
