'Myself' in the Bible
Therefore the Lord God of hosts,The Mighty One of Israel, declares,“Ah, I will be relieved of My adversariesAnd avenge Myself on My foes.
And I will take to Myself faithful witnesses for testimony, Uriah the priest and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.”
‘I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;I will make myself like the Most High.’
“The afflicted and needy are seeking water, but there is none,And their tongue is parched with thirst;I, the Lord, will answer them Myself,As the God of Israel I will not forsake them.
“I have kept silent for a long time,I have kept still and restrained Myself.Now like a woman in labor I will groan,I will both gasp and pant.
“The people whom I formed for MyselfWill declare My praise.
Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, and the one who formed you from the womb,“I, the Lord, am the maker of all things,Stretching out the heavens by MyselfAnd spreading out the earth all alone,
“I have sworn by Myself,The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousnessAnd will not turn back,That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance.

“I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me;I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me.I said, ‘Here am I, here am I,’To a nation which did not call on My name.
