'Necks' in the Bible

Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies; that I might destroy them that hate me.

Therefore pride is their necklace;Violence covers them like a garment [like a long, luxurious robe].

Let not your horn be lifted up: let no more words of pride come from your outstretched necks.
