'Obtain' in the Bible

We will not return to our houses until the {Israelites} each obtain their inheritance for themselves.

So Moses commanded the {Israelites}, saying, "This [is] the land that you will obtain as an inheritance for yourself by lot, which Yahweh commanded to give to the nine and a half tribes.

He who finds a wife finds good, and he will obtain favor from Yahweh.

With the punishment of a scoffer, the simple will become wise, and with the instruction of the wise, he will obtain knowledge.
