'Oppressive' in the Bible
I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you will no longer be their slaves, since I've broken their oppressive yoke upon you to make you walk upright."
I once observed a wicked and oppressive person, flourishing like a green tree in native soil.

The people of the land were vigorously oppressive and took possession of plunder by violence. They've afflicted the poor and the needy and unjustly treated the foreigner.
From them arises the cornerstone and tent peg, from them the battle bow, from them arise all sorts of oppressive rulers.
