'Order' in the Bible

At this point the mariners became terrified, and each man cried out to his gods. They began to throw the cargo into the sea in order to lighten the vessel. But Jonah had gone down into the vessel's hold, had lain down, and was fast asleep.

And at the Lord's order, the fish sent Jonah out of its mouth on to the dry land.

Then he issued a decree in Nineveh:By order of the king and his nobles: No man or beast, herd or flock, is to taste anything at all. They must not eat or drink water.

He prayed to the Lord and said, “Please Lord, was not this what I said while I was still in my own country? Therefore in order to forestall this I fled to Tarshish, for I knew that You are a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, and one who relents concerning calamity.
