'Pines' in the Bible

The Lord will consume the glory of Assyria’s forest and of its fruitful garden, both soul and body,And it will be as when a sick man wastes away.

The land mourns and pines away,Lebanon is shamed and withers;Sharon is like a desert plain,And Bashan and Carmel lose their foliage.

By your messengers you have insulted the LORD, and you have said, "With my many chariots I have climbed the heights of mountains, the utmost heights of Lebanon. I cut down its tallest cedars, the choicest of its pines; I reached its remotest heights, the most verdant of its forests.
