'Pursuers' in the Bible

Judah has gone into exile under afflictionAnd under harsh servitude;She dwells among the nations,But she has found no rest;All her pursuers have overtaken herIn the midst of distress.

Our pursuers were swifterThan the eagles of the sky;They chased us on the mountains,They waited in ambush for us in the wilderness.

Our pursuers are at our necks;We are worn out, there is no rest for us.
