'Refuse' in the Bible

“But if you refuse and rebel,You will be devoured by the sword.”Truly, the mouth of the Lord has spoken.

On this account the anger of the Lord has burned against His people,And He has stretched out His hand against them and struck them down.And the mountains quaked, and their corpses lay like refuse in the middle of the streets.For all this His anger is not spent,But His hand is still stretched out.

He will eat curds and honey at the time He knows enough to refuse evil and choose good.

For before the boy will know enough to refuse evil and choose good, the land whose two kings you dread will be forsaken.

For this is a rebellious people, false sons,Sons who refuse to listenTo the instruction of the Lord;

But the wicked are like the tossing sea,For it cannot be quiet,And its waters toss up refuse and mud.
