'Revelers' in the Bible

I never sat with the band of revelers,and I did not celebrate with them.Because Your hand was on me, I sat alone,for You filled me with indignation.

“In the shadow of HeshbonThe fugitives stand without strength;For a fire has gone forth from HeshbonAnd a flame from the midst of Sihon,And it has devoured the forehead of MoabAnd the scalps of the riotous revelers.

“When they are inflamed [with wine and lust during their drinking bouts], I will prepare them a feast [of My wrath]And make them drunk, that they may rejoiceAnd may sleep a perpetual sleepAnd not wake up,” declares the Lord.
