'Sleepeth' in the Bible
And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud; for he is a god: either he is musing, or he is gone aside, or he is on a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth and must be awaked.
He that gathereth in summer is a wise son; But he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.
For they have made ready their heart like an oven, while they lie in wait: their baker sleepeth all the night; in the morning it burneth as a flaming fire.
he said, Give place: for the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.
