'Spring' in the Bible

“For affliction does not come forth from the dust,Nor does trouble spring forth from the ground.

“Behold, this is the joy of His way;And from out of the dust others will spring up and grow [to take his place].

“They waited for me [and for my words] as for the rain,And they opened their mouths as for the spring rain.

To satisfy the barren and desolate groundAnd to make the seeds of grass to sprout?
