'Stench' in the Bible

And the foremen said to them, “May the Lord look upon you and judge you, because you have made us odious (something hated) in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and you have put a sword in their hand to kill us.”

And they put it aside until the morning, as Moses had commanded, and it did not make a stench, and not a maggot was in it.

And all Israel did hear, saying, "Saul has defeated the garrison of [the] Philistines; and also, Israel has become a stench among [the] Philistines!" So the people were called out after Saul at Gilgal.

One dead fly makes the perfumer's ointment give off a rancid stench, so a little folly can outweigh much wisdom.

Instead of perfume there will be a stench;instead of a belt, a rope;instead of beautifully styled hair, baldness;instead of fine clothes, sackcloth;instead of beauty, branding.

to the one a stench from death to death; to the other a sweet aroma from life to life. Who is sufficient for these things?
