'Stirring' in the Bible

“Behold, a people is coming from the north,And a great nation and many kingsWill be stirring from the remote parts of the earth.

Daniel said, “I saw in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of heaven were stirring up the great sea (the nations).

for an angel of the Lord went down into the pool at appointed seasons and stirred up the water; the first one to go in after the water was stirred was healed of his disease.]
