'Stretched out' in the Bible

If we have forgotten the name of our God, or stretched out our hands to a strange god,

My eye mourns because of affliction; O Jehovah, I have called daily on You; I have stretched out my hands to You.

My days are like a shadow stretched out; and I wither like grass.

As a shadow when it is stretched out, I am gone; I am shaken off like the locust.

To Him who stretched out the earth above the waters; for His mercy endures forever.

with a strong hand, and a stretched out arm; for His mercy endures forever;
