'Trusted' in the Bible

He trusted upon God; let him save him now if he will have him. For he said, I am Son of God.

but when the stronger than he coming upon him overcomes him, he takes away his panoply in which he trusted, and he will divide the spoil he has taken from him.

And he spoke also to some, who trusted in themselves that they were righteous and made nothing of all the rest of men, this parable:

in whom ye also have trusted, having heard the word of the truth, the glad tidings of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, ye have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
