'Withdraw' in the Bible
While Saul spoke to the priest, the panic in the Philistines' camp was becoming greater and greater. So Saul said to the priest, "Withdraw your hand!"
In the letter he wrote: "Station Uriah in the thick of the battle and then withdraw from him so he will be cut down and killed."
When it rises up, the mighty are terrified, at its thrashing about they withdraw.
When the sun rises, they withdraw and sleep in their dens.
