'Womb' in the Bible

"I knew you before I formed you in the womb; I set you apart for me before you were born; I appointed you to be a prophet to the nations."

because he didn't kill me in the womb, so that my mother would have been my grave and her womb forever pregnant.

Why did I ever come out of the womb to see trouble and sorrow, and to finish my life living in shame?
