'Above' in the Bible
Yahweh, our Lord, how majestic [is] your name in all the earth, who put your splendor above the heavens.
He summons the heavens above and the earth that he might judge his people:
Be exalted above the heavens, O God. [Let] your glory [be] above all the earth.
Be exalted above [the] heavens, O God. [Let] your glory [be] above all the earth.
Because your temple [is] above Jerusalem, kings will bring tribute to you.
Nevertheless, he commanded [the] skies above and opened [the] doors of heaven,
Give ear, O shepherd of Israel, [who] leads Joseph like a flock. Shine forth, [you who] sits [enthroned above] the cherubim.
a God feared greatly in the council of [the] holy ones, and awesome above all surrounding him?
For Yahweh [is] great and very worthy of praise; he [is to be] feared above all gods.
For you, O Yahweh, [are] most high over all the earth. You are highly exalted above all gods.
For as [the] heavens are high above the earth, [so] his loyal love prevails over those who fear him.
You covered it with [the] deep as with a garment. [The] waters stood above [the] mountains.
because your loyal love [is] great above [the] heavens, and your faithfulness [reaches] to [the] clouds.
Be exalted above [the] heavens, O God, and [let] your glory [be] above all the earth,
Yahweh [is] high above all nations; his glory [is] above the heavens.
To [him who] spread out the earth above the waters, for his loyal love [endures] forever.
Let my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth, if I do not remember you, if do not I exalt Jerusalem above my highest joy.
let them praise the name of Yahweh, because his name alone [is] is exalted. His splendor [is] above earth and heavens.
