'Beloved' in the Bible

He said about Benjamin:The Lord’s beloved rests securely on Him.He shields him all day long,and he rests on His shoulders.

What right does My beloved haveto be in My house,having carried out so many evil schemes?Can holy meat prevent your disasterso you can rejoice?

And there came a voice from heaven:This is My beloved Son.I take delight in Him!

Here is My Servant whom I have chosen,My beloved in whom My soul delights;I will put My Spirit on Him,and He will proclaim justice to the nations.

While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said:This is My beloved Son.I take delight in Him.Listen to Him!

And a voice came from heaven:You are My beloved Son;I take delight in You!

A cloud appeared, overshadowing them, and a voice came from the cloud:This is My beloved Son;listen to Him!

“He still had one to send, a beloved son. Finally he sent him to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

and the Holy Spirit descended on Him in a physical appearance like a dove. And a voice came from heaven:You are My beloved Son.I take delight in You!

“Then the owner of the vineyard said, ‘What should I do? I will send my beloved son. Perhaps they will respect him.’

we have unanimously decided to select men and send them to you along with our dearly loved Barnabas and Paul,

As He also says in Hosea:I will call Not My People, My People,and she who is Unloved, Beloved.

This is why I have sent Timothy to you. He is my dearly loved and faithful son in the Lord. He will remind you about my ways in Christ Jesus, just as I teach everywhere in every church.

to the praise of His glorious grace that He favored us with in the Beloved.

For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, a voice came to Him from the Majestic Glory:This is My beloved Son.I take delight in Him!

They came up over the surface of the earth and surrounded the encampment of the saints, the beloved city. Then fire came down from heaven and consumed them.
