'Bottle' in the Bible

He gathers the waters of the sea together as in a wineskin;He puts the deeps in storehouses.

You have taken account of my wanderings;Put my tears in Your bottle.Are they not recorded in Your book?

For I have become like a wineskin [blackened and shriveled] in the smoke [in which it hangs],Yet I do not forget Your statutes.
