'Bound' in the Bible

“He loosens the bond of kingsAnd binds their loins with a loincloth.

“He wraps the waters in His clouds [which otherwise would spill on earth all at once],And the cloud does not burst under them.

“And if they are bound in bonds [of adversity],And held by cords of affliction,

“Who sent out the wild donkey free [from dependence on man]?And who has loosed the bonds of the wild donkey [to survive in the wild],
