'Branch' in the Bible

Then the word of the Lord came to me, asking, “What do you see, Jeremiah?”I replied, “I see a branch of an almond tree.”

“The days are coming”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“when I will raise up a Righteous Branch of David.He will reign wisely as kingand administer justice and righteousness in the land.

In those days and at that timeI will cause a Righteous Branchto sprout up for David,and He will administer justiceand righteousness in the land.
