'Cease' in the Bible

There [the] wicked cease from troubling, and there [the] {weary} are at rest;

"Indeed, there is hope for a tree: if it is cut down, then it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not cease;

If I speak, my pain is not relieved; and [if] I cease, how much will leave me?
