'Certainly' in the Bible

Certainly sin was in the world before the Law was given, but no record of sin is kept when there is no Law.

For if we have become united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.

But I ask, "Didn't they hear?" Certainly they did! In fact, "Their voice has gone out into the whole world, and their words to the ends of the earth."

For if God did not spare the natural branches, he certainly will not spare you, either.

For it is written, "As certainly as I live, declares the Lord, every knee will bow to me, and every tongue will praise God."
