'Commandeth' in the Bible

By day Jehovah commandeth His kindness, And by night a song is with me, A prayer to the God of my life.

And He commandeth clouds from above, Yea, doors of the heavens He hath opened.

For he commandeth, and raiseth the stormy wind, which lifteth up the waves thereof.
