'Communicated' in the Bible

What wise men have [freely] told,And have not hidden [anything passed on to them] from their fathers,

When he began speaking, he communicated only worthlessness; he added words upon words without knowing anything."

Should he be told that I want to speak? Or did a man say that he would be communicated with?
