'Confess' in the Bible
Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, I also will confess him before my Father who is in the heavens.
But I say to you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, the Son of man will confess him also before the angels of God;
Although indeed from among the rulers also many believed on him, but on account of the Pharisees did not confess him, that they might not be put out of the synagogue:
