'Confirmed' in the Bible
You must bring your youngest brother to me, and then your words will be confirmed and you will not die." And they did so.
So then, O God of Israel, please let your word be confirmed which you have promised to your servant David my father.
And he confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, an everlasting covenant to Israel,
And now, O Yahweh, God of Israel, let your word that you have spoken to your servant David be confirmed.
He then confirmed it to Jacob as a statute, to Israel [as] an everlasting covenant,
I have sworn [an oath] and confirmed [it], to heed {your righteous ordinances}.
