'Decreed' in the Bible
The sovereign master decreed judgment on Jacob, and it fell on Israel.
For though your people, Israel, are as numerous as the sand on the seashore, only a remnant will come back. Destruction has been decreed; just punishment is about to engulf you.
The sovereign master, the Lord who commands armies, is certainly ready to carry out the decreed destruction throughout the land.
The earth will be completely devastated and thoroughly ransacked. For the Lord has decreed this judgment.

Who decreed this from the beginning, so we could know? Who announced it ahead of time, so we could say, 'He's correct'? Indeed, none of them decreed it! Indeed, none of them announced it! Indeed, no one heard you say anything!
