'Depths' in the Bible

Shout for joy, O heavens, for the Lord has done it!Shout in triumph, you depths of the earth;Break forth into jubilant rejoicing, you mountains,O forest, and every tree in it!For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,And He shows His glory in Israel.

Was it not You who dried up the [Red] Sea,The waters of the great deep,Who made the depths of the sea a pathwayFor the redeemed to cross over?

Who led them through the depths [of the Red Sea],Like a horse in the wilderness, [so that] they did not stumble?
