'Drench' in the Bible

I am weary with my groaning; {I flood} my bed every night. With my tears {I drench} my couch.

You drench its furrows, penetrating its ridges. With rains you soften it; its growth you bless.

Therefore I weep with the weeping of Jazer [for] the vine of Sibmah. I drench you [with] my tears, Heshbon and Elealeh, for a jubilant shout has fallen over your summer fruit and harvest.
