'Earnestly' in the Bible

“My people, remember nowWhat Balak king of Moab devised [with his evil plan against Israel]And what Balaam the son of Beor answered him [turning the curse into blessing for Israel],[Remember what the Lord did for you] from Shittim to Gilgal,So that you may know the righteous and saving acts [displaying the power] of the Lord.”

That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
