'Grapes' in the Bible
“When you enter your neighbor’s vineyard, you may eat your fill of grapes, as many as you please, but you shall not put any in your basket [to take with you].
“When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not glean it afterward; it shall be for the stranger, for the orphan, and for the widow.
You will be pledged to marry a wife, but another man will be intimate with her [before you]; you will build a house, but you will not live in it; you will plant a vineyard, but you will not use its fruit.
You will plant vineyards and cultivate them, but you will not drink the wine or gather the grapes, because the worm will eat them.
“For their vine is from the vine of Sodom,And from the fields of Gomorrah;Their grapes are grapes of poison,Their clusters, bitter.
