'Haughtiness' in the Bible
The wicked saith, in the haughtiness of his countenance, He doth not search out: all his thoughts are, There is no God!
Before disaster the heart of a man is haughty and filled with self-importance,But humility comes before honor.
Haughty and arrogant eyes and a proud heart,The lamp of the wicked [their self-centered pride], is sin [in the eyes of God].
